“Cash for Cars” program
At Coastal Scrap Car, our “Cash for Cars” program ensures you get the very best deal for your car. Our program includes free car removal / pick service if you’re located on the Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie or greater Hunter region. If you’re unsure if your location is covered, don’t hesitate to call us up and check or send us a message via our website.
How the “Cash for Cars” program works:
- Make an enquiry online via our Online Quote form or give us a call on 0455 033 133
- After our team has spoken to you, we will either come and inspect the vehicle or make you an offer over the phone. We may come inspect the location to determine the best type of tow truck to dispatch to your area.
- Once you’ve accepted our offer we will arrange a time that works best for you to pick up the car. We offer a complimentary after hours pickup as well if you cannot be present during the day.
- Upon arrival our driver will pay you the agreed amount in money! We will just need to cite some identification, then ensure the area is safe and place your car on our tow truck. Happy days!
Makes and models
We accept all makes and models of cars of any vintage. Key car makes we accept include (but not limited to):

If you have damaged car or old car that you want to dispose of, Coastal Scrap Car will come to you and pay you money on the spot for your car.
